• Install HerdMobile

  Use the verified Android listing.

  Install from the official Google Play listing for package com.surucep.mobile. Keep Android and the app updated through Play.

  Core owner records remain available without a connection.

  Herd, animal, reminder, report, feed, and local backup workflows use records stored on the device. Advertising and external diagnostics may need a connection.

• Understand advertising

  HerdMobile uses Yandex Ads, not AdMob.

  Yandex Ads may process technical advertising data according to its service disclosures. AdMob is not used.

• Change analytics consent

  Optional analytics has a durable in-app control.

  Analytics is optional. Turning it off stops new first-party technical events and clears the unsent queue; it does not itself submit a deletion request.

• Crash and ANR reports

  Technical stability handling is separate from optional analytics.

  Crash and ANR diagnostics follow the declared default-on Crashlytics and AppMetrica model. Reports must not include owner record content.

• Screenshots and permissions

  Review what Android permits before sharing or saving media.

  Use Android permission controls and inspect every screenshot before sharing it. Product screenshots on this site come only from reviewed synthetic test profiles.

• Create a local backup

  Choose and protect a file location you control.

  Create the file from the local backup screen and move or copy it using tools you choose. If you create a PIN-protected backup, retain that PIN safely; a standard ZIP backup may not require one. No scheduled upload is performed.

• Restore a local backup

  Validate the selected file before replacing local state.

  Select the user-controlled backup file, enter a PIN only when that backup format requires one, review validation messages, and confirm only when the source and target are correct.

• Use local reports

  Reports summarize records on the device.

  Review the chosen date range and filters before using or sharing a report. A report is a recordkeeping aid, not medical or financial advice.

• Delete local and first-party data

  Local deletion and telemetry deletion are separate actions.

  Local deletion completes on the device. A separate deletion request covers eligible first-party pseudonymous telemetry; provider data follows provider policies.

• Contact support safely

  Send technical context without herd-owner records.
