Privacy at HerdMobile
Records stay on this device; separate services have separate, clearly stated controls.
Local owner records
Herd, animal, health, reproduction, feed, finance, reminder, report, media, and backup content stays in local app storage or user-controlled local files. HerdMobile does not receive those records for remote access.
Ads, analytics, and stability
The Android app uses Yandex Ads. AdMob is not used. First-party analytics is optional and sends only allowlisted pseudonymous technical categories when enabled. Crash and ANR handling through Crashlytics and AppMetrica follows the separate declared default-on stability model.
Website consent and edge processing
Website analytics is default-off and has its own consent. Search text and full query strings are not sent as analytics. Cloudflare processes connection data at the edge for delivery and security; HerdMobile does not copy source IP into its application telemetry store or admin exports.
Retention and deletion
Raw first-party technical events remain active for 90 days and then enter a 14-day expiry quarantine. Aggregates and inactive pseudonymous installations use the published 400-day active and 30-day quarantine periods. Admin audit, release, deployment, and cleanup receipts remain active for 730 days and then enter a 90-day quarantine. Scheduled expiry processes at most one 500-row batch per transaction. A verified deletion request archives eligible first-party telemetry promptly and removes it from aggregates within 24 hours; local deletion remains a separate device action.
