Save and call a local veterinarian contact
Keep a veterinarian’s name and phone number in the owner profile’s Veterinarians card. Choose the correct business when adding the contact and check the saved phone number before using Call. Save the contact on your phone, then tap the call button when you want to arrange a farm visit.
Find the contact card in the owner profile
Open the owner profile and locate Veterinarians. You need a business before adding a contact. Check the existing list first so you do not create duplicate entries for the same person. If a veterinarian has different contact numbers or responsibilities for different businesses, decide which actual business the new local record belongs to before entering it.
Enter the business and contact details
Choose Add Veterinarian. When more than one business is available, check Business in the form. Enter Veterinarian name and Phone; both must contain a value. Use Specialty only for information you actually know, not an assumed qualification. Check the number with your own verified source, including any dialing prefix required by your phone service. Check the contact’s professional details against the information supplied by the person or clinic.
Save and check the actual number
Choose Save and inspect the name and number in the local contact list. Use Call for that saved contact when you intend to contact the person. The action invokes the phone integration; connection, charges and any confirmation depend on Android and your phone service. Do not treat a tap as proof the veterinarian answered or agreed to visit your farm.
Understand the local permission controls
Permissions opens the contact’s local permission choices; at least one must remain selected before Save Permissions is enabled. These local settings do not, by themselves, send records or activate a remote collaboration service. Revoke permission archives the local contact from the active list. Do not confuse that action with canceling an appointment, notifying the person or deleting a copy already shared outside the app.
Keep veterinarian contact details and care notes organized
Save the name, specialty and phone number supplied by your veterinarian or clinic. Confirm whom you are calling, explain the animal’s situation clearly and keep the resulting care instructions with its dated records. Sharing a report through another phone application is a separate deliberate step; review its recipient and contents. Keep the veterinarian’s contact details on your phone so the right number is ready when you need to call.
