Feed consumption must be positive.
A feed withdrawal needs the amount taken from the store to be greater than zero.
Why does this happen?
This message appears when Quantity is zero in Feed Consumption.
How do I check it?
In Finance, open Feed Consumption for the right business. Use the stock’s Feed name, enter the amount taken out in Quantity and select the matching Unit, such as kg or ton. Use a decimal point for fractions.
For sacks, bales or pieces, check the weight recorded in the latest purchase of that feed in the same unit. The app uses that weight to calculate kilograms. For zero consumption, leave the form and keep a farm note.
Choose Save once. If a number confirmation appears, use Edit to correct it or Yes, save after checking it. If a stock warning appears, open All problems and choose the feed stock warning. Check the remaining stock against your withdrawal note.
How do I verify the result?
Stock should decrease once by the kilograms taken out. Convert tonnes or counted units to kilograms when checking the change.
How do I keep my records safe?
Keep the purchase’s unit weight and your withdrawal note. Check existing movements before entering the same withdrawal again.
