Feed analysis is stale.
A feed in your saved ration has an older analysis. Match it to the latest report for the feed you are using.
Why does this happen?
HerdMobile checks the latest recorded sample date: more than 365 days for feeds other than minerals, or 730 days for minerals, triggers this reminder. It appears when an analysis is already linked to the feed.
How do I check it?
Open Detail on the saved ration and read the full Warnings list. Match the listed feed names to your current feeds and their reports; the ration card shows the first two warnings.
Compare the sample date with the date the laboratory issued the report. Keep the latest report for the product and batch you are feeding. For help recording it against the right feed, use Product support below with the feed name, ration name, warning and sample date.
After the analysis is correctly recorded, reopen Detail and check Warnings. If nutrient values changed, review the ration and rerun its recommendation or least-cost calculation as appropriate. Keep the current report with your feeding plan.
How do I verify the result?
The reminder clears when the latest recorded sample date falls within the period for that feed. Follow up through Product support if you need help matching the report, then check any remaining ration warnings.
How do I keep my records safe?
Keep stock movements, purchase records and earlier feeding entries as your farm history. Preserve the actual sample dates and older reports. Keep your backup file and its PIN private when asking about a report.
