Why does this happen?
An ad may be unavailable, your current ad settings may prevent it from being shown, or loading may have failed.
How do I check it?
Check the phone’s internet connection. Keep your privacy choices as you prefer; watching a rewarded ad is voluntary.
Tap Watch Rewarded Ad when you want to try again. Wait for loading to finish, then watch the ad to completion.
Look for the reward confirmation. If the message keeps appearing, tell support your app version, phone model and whether it appeared before or after the ad.
How do I verify the result?
“Other ads are paused for 30 minutes.” confirms the reward. Check this message: a blank banner can mean either an active reward or an unavailable ad.
How do I keep my records safe?
Use the rewarded ad option in the app. Keep your farm records and backups as they are, and share only a short description with support; keep your PIN and backup files private.
