Enter valid numeric values.
Correct the entry in your Finance form so your milk, feed, income or expense record shows the right figures.
Why does this happen?
A number is missing or unreadable, Feed name is blank, or the milk sale date is invalid.
How do I check it?
Check the fields for your entry: Liters for milk; Unit price, Paid amount and the sale date for milk sales; Amount for income or expense. Use a decimal point, such as 12.5.
For feed, fill in Feed name and check Quantity and Unit. A blank purchase quantity is read as zero; consumption needs a quantity. For sacks, bales or pieces bought, enter the weight of one package too.
Leave unknown optional amounts blank. Use a full milk sale date, such as 2026-10-21, if you enter one. Choose Save, check any further message and compare the saved entry with your farm notes.
How do I verify the result?
Check the business, entry type, quantity and amount in the saved record.
How do I keep my records safe?
Correct the open form and check the saved result before entering the same transaction again.
