Why does this happen?
The feed name is empty or contains only spaces. After Add feed, the name field clears for the next feed while the added feed stays in the list above.
How do I check it?
Check Feed name. In a ration, first look at the list above the entry fields to see whether you have already added this feed. Adding the same feed again adds to its listed amount.
For a new entry, type the name of the feed you actually use. In the feed form, choose a matching catalog suggestion when available. Check quantities and any price or initial stock; record each delivery once. An existing feed’s name stays fixed when editing.
In a ration, tap Add feed and check the list before tapping Save. For a feed record, review its details and tap Save. Follow any further message with the feed name filled in.

Check that the intended feed appears in the ration or feed list with the correct quantity.
