Feed stock is insufficient.
Match your feeding entry to the feed on hand and complete any missing delivery or package weight.
Why does this happen?
The chosen business has less recorded feed than the operation needs. When recording feed use in sacks, bales or pieces, this message can also appear if no matching purchase supplies a package weight. Daily rations check the selected animals’ combined feed needs.
How do I check it?
Check the business, feed and operation: direct consumption or daily ration. Compare stock with the required amount in kilograms. For sacks, bales or pieces, check the latest matching purchase with a known unit weight against the actual delivery; note whether the amount is per head or for the group.
Review real deliveries and missing unit weights in Finance. Use Enter kg on the existing purchase to complete a known package weight. Add only genuine missing deliveries, once each. If feed is physically unavailable, revise the feeding plan with the suitable replacement feed and its planned amounts.
Before retrying a daily ration, check whether today’s application already exists. After a justified correction, record the intended feeding once and inspect stock and movement history. Compare with the feed actually given and your store records.
How do I verify the result?
Check the remaining kilograms and purchase and consumption history against your stock sheet. Keep each real delivery and feeding as one entry, with its actual feed and weight.
How do I keep my records safe?
Keep feeding amounts tied to the animals’ plan and actual feed given. Resolve the stock or unit-weight difference while preserving earlier records; keep price, kilograms and package count distinct.
