Some purchases have no recorded weight per unit, so they are not included in stock totals. Enter the weight per unit in kg.
Add the weight of one package to include this purchase in your feed stock.
Why does this happen?
The purchase lists sacks, bales or pieces, but the weight of each one is missing. HerdMobile needs that weight to count the feed in kilograms.
How do I check it?
Open Finance for the right business. Find the existing purchase under the missing-weight notice and match its feed name, quantity and unit to your delivery note.
Choose Enter kg beside that purchase. Enter the kilograms in one sack, bale or piece, using the delivery note or a measured weight. If you have only a total delivery weight, divide it by the number of packages.
Choose Save, then check your feed stock in kilograms and confirm the purchase has left the missing-weight list. Record each delivery once by completing its existing purchase.
How do I verify the result?
Compare package count × kilograms per package with the delivery note and stock history. Check the purchase and payment details; the original delivery stays as one purchase.
How do I keep my records safe?
Use the weight of one sack, bale or piece from your delivery note or scale. Divide a total delivery weight by the actual package count. Keep the delivery as a single purchase and payment.
