Milk quantity must be positive.
A milk production entry needs the measured litres to be greater than zero.
Why does this happen?
This message appears when Liters contains zero in Milk Production.
How do I check it?
In Finance, open Milk Production for the right business. Under Active animals, select the ear tag of the female animal you milked.
Replace zero in Liters with your measured amount. Use a decimal point, for example 12.5. For a zero yield, keep a dated farm note and leave this form.
Choose Save once. If Check this value appears, compare the amount with your measurement; choose Edit to correct it or Yes, save to confirm it. Check that the business’s production total increased by the litres entered.
How do I verify the result?
The production total should include this milking once. Check the total before entering the same measurement again.
How do I keep my records safe?
This form records the current time. Keep your dated milking sheet for earlier measurements; use Milk Sale to record milk sold.
