Why does this happen?
System notification permission is off. Reminders remain visible in the app’s badges and warnings; phone alerts use Android’s notification permission and settings.
How do I check it?
Open Calendar and check the reminder’s date, time, title and whether it is still upcoming. Keep real animal-care dates unchanged; use a separate future reminder for testing.
Choose Notification Settings from the permission notice or profile settings and review HerdMobile’s access in Android. In Profile, check Quiet hours. If enabled, alerts inside the interval move to its end. Save any whole-hour changes in the supported 0–23 range.
Check sound, do-not-disturb and app battery settings on your phone. After changes, test a new future reminder and watch for its alert. If it stays absent, send Product support the phone model, Android and app versions and the checks you tried.
How do I verify the result?
Check both the saved reminder and an actual phone alert, including whether it arrives silently. Keep important farm tasks on your checklist alongside Calendar.
