No stock record exists for this feed.
Check the feed on hand and enter any missing delivery to bring your stock record up to date.
Why does this happen?
This feed’s recorded stock in the selected business is zero or below. Earlier deliveries may already have been used up, so the warning can appear even with older purchases on record.
How do I check it?
Check the selected business. Open the ration’s Detail and read all Warnings. Match the feed to your store, delivery notes and earlier purchases and feeding entries.
For a real missing delivery, tap Add stock record if shown. Check the feed name, enter its weight in Stock quantity kg and its optional total purchase cost, then tap Save. Convert sacks, bales or tonnes to actual kilograms. Record each delivery once.
Reopen Detail and check Warnings and the balance. If Add stock record is absent, use the feed-purchase guide for the correct business. If the store is empty, arrange a delivery and record it when received.
How do I verify the result?
A positive balance clears this warning on the next check. Check daily feeding needs separately: the selected animals may need more than the remaining stock.
How do I keep my records safe?
Keep earlier purchases and feeding records. Enter actual deliveries once, with the real feed name and weight; record feed given through the daily feeding entry.
