Milk sale quantity and price must be positive.

A milk sale needs both the litres sold and the price per litre to be greater than zero.

Why does this happen?

This message appears when Liters or Unit price is zero in Milk Sale.

How do I check it?

  1. In Finance, open Milk Sale for the right business. Enter the delivered amount in Liters and the agreed price per litre in Unit price. Use the business currency shown and a decimal point for fractions.

  2. Check the sale date and buyer. Match Paid, Receivable or Partial and Paid amount to the payment you received. Multiply litres by unit price and compare the total with your delivery slip.

  3. Choose Save once. If Check this value appears, choose Edit to correct a number or Yes, save after checking it. Find the saved sale and compare its litres, total and remaining amount with your slip.

How do I verify the result?

The delivery should appear once in the sales list. Check the list before entering it again.
