Why does this happen?
Sale amount, Live weight kg, Kg price or Paid amount contains an unreadable number, or Sale date (YYYY-MM-DD) contains an invalid date.
How do I check it?
Check the animal’s ear tag. Enter the agreed total in Sale amount; Kg price is the price for one kilogram. Use a decimal point, such as 1250.50.
Check Live weight kg, Kg price and Paid amount if entered; leave unknown optional values blank. Enter the actual sale day in Sale date (YYYY-MM-DD), for example 2026-10-21. DD.MM.YYYY and DD/MM/YYYY also work.
Check Payment due date and the payment status, then choose Save. If a value confirmation appears, compare the number and unit with your sale document before continuing.
How do I verify the result?
Open the saved sale and check the ear tag, total sale amount and money received.

Correct the current form and check the saved result so the sale is recorded once.
