Today’s feeding is already recorded for these animals. Check the saved entry first to keep your feed usage and stock totals accurate.
Why does this happen?
The same farm and day already have a record for the same herd or an overlapping All herds selection. Separate herds can each have their own daily record.
How do I check it?
Open Ration History for the selected farm and herd. Compare today’s date and feed totals with your feeding note. Feed today uses the current day when you tap Save.
To find a farm-wide entry, select All herds. To find an individual herd’s entry, select that herd. If you started with All herds, check each relevant herd too: the history shows only entries matching your selection.
Keep the saved entry when it matches today’s feeding. For a wrong entry or amount, use Product support with the message, farm, herd, date and correct quantities. Keep the existing record and feeding note while the details are reviewed.
How do I verify the result?
Compare the saved daily entry and stock totals with the feed actually used. Ration History shows recorded feeding; a saved ration template holds the feeding plan.
How do I keep my records safe?
Keep your phone date, farm and herd matched to the actual feeding. Leave the saved entry in place during review so feed is deducted from stock once.
